We offer a 12 month non-transferrable return to base warranty on our camera systems.
A return to base warranty means that in the unlikely event something goes wrong during the warranty period you send the full system back to us by courier (unless advised otherwise). We will then assess the product, and if necessary repair or replace all or part of the system. Please note that we do not guarantee or support the third party app used for the EquiWatch Mini.
The warranty is not transferrable if you sell your system to someone else, unless advised otherwise by us.
Please note that the warranty could be avoided through:
- Incorrect storage
- Incorrect usage
- Failure to follow instructions
- Using any charging cable not supplied with the system
- Using the 12v system with a 24v vehicle (for a 24v vehicle an adapter can be purchased from us
